Organization
Our religious governance and hierarchy are designed to provide guidance and support for our spiritual community at various levels. Within this structure, we have incorporated special councils and organizations that focus on specific aspects of our faith and cater to the diverse interests of our members. These include the Council of Jupiter, the League of Mímir, the Brotherhood of Mars, the Order of Diana, and the Athena Sorority.
At the top of our hierarchy is the Pontifex Maximus, a revered leader who oversees the spiritual practices of Religio Europa and ensures the harmonious coexistence of diverse traditions within our faith. The Pontifex Maximus is supported by the Senate of Phratry, a group of experienced leaders who help set policies and provide guidance to the spiritual community.
The Council of Jupiter, a congregation of wise and learned individuals, focuses on the pursuit of knowledge, philosophy, and intellectual growth. This council aims to elevate the understanding of our faith and the rich heritage of European spirituality.
The League of Mímir, inspired by the Norse god of wisdom and memory, serves as a repository of knowledge and history. Its members are dedicated to preserving and sharing the vast wisdom of European spiritual traditions with future generations.
The Brotherhood of Mars is a devoted community that seeks to harness the strength and guidance of ancient European gods of war and courage. Members embrace the warrior spirit, embodying raw power and unyielding determination while honoring the rich heritage of European spirituality.
The Order of Diana is a supportive community of women who seek the guidance and inspiration of Diana, the ancient Roman goddess of the hunt, moon, and childbirth. This order emphasizes the divine feminine, embodying strength, independence, and nurturing qualities associated with the revered deity.
The Athena Sorority is a committed community of women who draw wisdom, guidance, and strength from Athena, the ancient Greek goddess of wisdom, warfare, and crafts. This sorority focuses on the divine feminine, promoting intelligence, strategy, and valiant spirit while honoring the rich heritage of European spirituality.
By incorporating these councils and organizations into our religious hierarchy, we aim to provide a diverse and enriching spiritual experience for our members. This approach allows us to celebrate the unique aspects of European spirituality while fostering a strong sense of community and purpose.
